You'd have to be a fool to sell or buy that much ammunition like that. Both will be getting a visit from the FBI, BATFE, and Homeland Security.

If his "buy it now" price is any indication of the reserve, I think there's a little wishful thinking involved.

I mean I know that the price of ammo has gone up considerably but we are talkin' about what is basically a bulk/wholesale purchase here.

Does he really think somebody is going to pay $.78 per round for a lot that big?

I wouldn't pay that much, even if I had the money!

The price does not reflect the volume of the purchase.
